Villa Berta is a beautiful villa built on two floors and designed to accommodate up to eight people. The constant of the villa is the pervasive brightness given both by the countless points of light formed by huge wall-mounted French windows and by the whiteness of the interior walls and furnishings that help to reverberate it, giving the house a cheerful note. In fact, the outdoor area leads directly to a room with a double sofa bed and TV. Also on the same floor is the living area: an iridescent, modern kitchen with linear forms, a large Mediterranean-style bathroom and a spacious dining room.
On the upper floor, reached by an internal spiral staircase, is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms: one double and two with two single beds. Finally, a bathroom complete with shower is located on this floor.
